In this context, Michelle Dotsie, there is much information about Pomerantz's book that is quite revealing in connection with what he publishes on Trump's criminal behavior. It is in the newsletter entitled: This is the Professional Misconduct that the Supreme Court Buried. It is the Record of New York DA Alvin Bragg. Here is the link. https://therunnymedereport.substack.com/p/this-is-the-professional-misconduct-4e2?r=3tdx2w

Once again I stand appalled and disgusted by the NYS courts. Prosecutorial misconduct is blatant.

Dear Mary Lou Tringali,

The newsletter published today documents that this corruption is even wider than previously suspected. As I have said before, your restacks and support is greatly appreciated. The more that people know about this overarching corruption the better. Public pressure demands change.

I read most of Pomerantz’s book. As he was introducing his case, I noticed that he was not focused on any particular criminal behavior, but rather the man Trump, his affect and mannerisms, his confidence and character, as Pomerantz saw him. “Show me the man, and I’ll find you the crime” came to mind. Stalinesque. He spent years without finding a crime, resigned, and apparently returned to finish the work finding a zombie crime, misusing ‘false entry’ to mean label instead of unequal amounts of money, as Blacks Law Dictionary defines it.

Hi again, Michelle Dotsie. There is much criminal behavior about Donald Trump that Pomerantz

targets in his book. It is documented in the newsletter, just published yesterday. It is entitled:

"The Professional Misconduct that the Supreme Court Buried. It is the Record of New York

DA Alvin Bragg. Part Four. Here is the link. https://therunnymedereport.substack.com/p/this-is-the-professional-misconduct-4e2?r=3tdx2w

It’s Dostie. I read and commented, but am not sure SCOTUS has reviewed the rules for publicized thoughts of a prosecutor.
