HOW THE LEGAL COMMENTATORS PROTECT THE AMERICAN JUDICIARY CARTEL
The previous four newsletters have documented how the judges, the state bar associations and the prosecutors have perfected the art of targeting political outsider defendants. They have done it through the demonization of the defendant through the news media before the defendant even gets to trial. The result is that the presumption of innocence has been surreptitiously replaced with the presumption of guilt. Indeed, doing so is against the very foundation of American justice law.
But overarching questions must obviously be raised. How can they getaway with it? How is it that this cartel could do it without anyone even raising an eyebrow? What’s more as the last newsletter shows, this has been going on for 61 years.
The answer is that the judiciary cartel has the benefit of the ever-efficient work of the legal commentators who regularly indoctrinate through the news media. They are ever-present in newscaster interviews with ABC, CBS, NBC, MSNBC, CNN and Fox.
It works in a very simple way. The interviewer wants to know what’s happening in criminal law with a political outsider defendant. The legal commentator lays out the legal terrain. The interviewer then proclaims for all the public to see that any legal rights issue with the political outsider defendant has been comprehensively explained. How so? Because the legal commentators say so.
This indoctrination is a rousing success. If there was a judiciary cartel wrecking the Constitution and the Rules of Conduct in colluding with the news media, the legal commentators would have told us so, right? Since they haven’t, this is what happens: The public is then led to believe that all is well with the judiciary, the state bar associations and the prosecutors.
What makes the deception so effective is that these legal commentators come in all sizes and shapes. They are presented as “legal scholars,” “constitutional law experts” and so much more.
This diagram shows their strategic vantage point in how they protect the judiciary cartel colluders:
Thus, the legal commentators have circled the wagons to protect the judiciary cartel. They have made sure that the public doesn’t know that the judiciary cartel had the political outsider defendant’s presumption of innocence removed. Moreover, they did it before he could even get to trial.
